Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist who will provide operational and administrative support to the HR Director and the HR and Communications team. This role is ideal for an experienced executive admin or an entry-level HR professional. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in all aspects of the business unit in support of employee engagement and people processes. It is perfect for an experienced Administrative Assistant looking to enter the HR profession or an entry-level HR professional looking to gain a variety of experience in an exciting business environment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including managing calendar, booking travel, and handling expenses.
+ Support Human Resources functions such as dashboard updates, onboarding and off-boarding, reporting requests, and basic HRIS tasks.
+ Assist with learning and development logistics and event coordination.
+ Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace fun, amplify employee voices, and support employee recognition.
+ Support employee communications by building newsletters, maintaining the division website, scheduling meetings, and managing events and engagement calendars.
+ Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the HR Director and assist with payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
+ Maintain a master calendar for global communications, including holidays, special events, and organization meetings.
+ Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive, personal, and financial information.
+ Streamline administrative processes, optimize executive productivity, and ensure smooth operations through planning and proactive problem-solving.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
+ Experience managing calendars, booking travel, and handling expense submissions.
+ Experience in event planning and logistics.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Focus on accuracy and high-quality work output.
+ Highly collaborative and a team player.
+ Adaptability, flexibility, and comfort with change.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
+ 1+ years related HR experience OR 4+ years administrative experience required.
+ Associate's degree with additional experience will be considered.
+ High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of related experience.
+ Previous experience using Workday and Populo (or other communication building systems) is desired.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
