Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. In short, they turn complex data into magical experiences with cutting-edge technology. 

Responsibilities:

 

This HR Administrator role will support our employees in our Bangalore location. The successful candidate will work as part of a wider HR Shared Services team and will handle end-to-end employee documentation, including, but not limited to: employment contracts, employment change letters, leaver letters, employee database maintenance and the full onboarding process. This HR Administrator will be required to manage multiple cases at the same time, with a goal of completing tasks within the service level agreements. 

 

Some typical tasks include: 

 

Writing contracts from the agreed templates, thereafter, ensuring contracts are sent and acknowledged by new starters. Alongside this, sending and retrieving all statutory self-attested documents and updating relevant systems with the required information Prepare and send relevant employment letters to employees Respond promptly to all internal and external stakeholders queries professionally and accurately, ensuring customer service levels are maintained.  Ensure all HR hard copy and electronic personnel data is kept in accordance with the HR retention and the General Data Protection Regulation Performs periodic audits to HR files and records to ensure the HR database and systems are up to date and accurate. Review and update both physical and digital archive. Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, including payroll functions Participate in HR projects to improve operational effectiveness  Maintain a cordial approach with all the departments you liaise with. Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate reconciliations are completed and payments are tracked through to completion. Assist with annual renewal activities, particularly data auditing and raising Purchase Orders. Work closely with payroll to manage monthly changes. Help manage employee related queries raised in the ServiceNow portal and ensure queries are distributed and dealt with in a timely manner and within the required service level agreements.  Take a key role in process reviews and helping enact change Build effective working relationships across internal departments Other relevant duties as delegated by the HR Shared Services Manager and Director

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly proficient in Microsoft office packages, particularly Outlook.  To have experience using a HR System. It would be beneficial (but not required) if you have experience using Oracle  Experience of dealing with confidential information sensitively and appropriately Minimum 2 years experience in a HR department Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritize critical activities within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality work and excellent attention to detail. Strong data analysis and data management skill set. Strong attention to detail
