Description We are currently offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Administrator in Hockley, Texas. As an HR Administrator, you will be actively involved in various HR functions within the Financial Services industry. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR department, ensuring compliance, and facilitating effective employee relations. Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve employee conflicts and issues, maintaining a harmonious workplace environment • Conduct thorough Employee Relations Investigations when necessary • Oversee the Benefit Functions, ensuring all employee benefits are administered correctly • Utilize Dayforce software for various HR tasks and operations • Guarantee strict compliance with all relevant regulations and laws • Handle FMLA requests and manage the process effectively • Provide guidance and discipline to employees as needed, promoting a culture of accountability and respect • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to facilitate HR processes • Foster excellent Communication within the team and across the organization Requirements • Proficiency in Dayforce software for HR-related tasks and operations • Ability to handle and manage Benefit Functions effectively • Excellent Communication skills for clear and concise correspondence with employees and management • Knowledge and understanding of Compliance standards and regulations • Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering a healthy work environment • Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and related procedures • Experience in Disciplining Employees in accordance with company policy • Ability to resolve Employee Conflicts in a detail oriented and unbiased manner • Experience in conducting Employee Relations Investigations to ensure fair and transparent processes.
