HR Administrator
Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to be part of our team in the healthcare and social assistance sector based in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing talent acquisition and recruitment activities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. • Actively participate in recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate screening. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the best talent. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop job descriptions. • Monitor recruitment procedures, from applicant tracking to interview scheduling. • Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities. • Engage in continuous communication with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Provide regular updates to hiring managers about the progress of recruitment processes. • Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications. • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires. Requirements • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. • Experience within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry is preferred. • Comprehensive understanding of Recruiting Activities and Talent Acquisition processes is essential. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. • The ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion is required. • Proficiency in the use of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is needed. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are required. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is necessary. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is needed. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions are required. • Flexibility and adaptability to changes in HR practices and procedures are necessary. • A detail-oriented certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is highly desirable. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels are required. • Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively is necessary. • A track record of maintaining high levels of accuracy in administrative tasks is required.
