HR Administrator
Job Title: HR Administrator Job Description In this role, you will provide HR support to the Plant Management team and Fairmont facility by processing weekly timecards, assisting with benefit plan administration activities, managing job descriptions, and recruiting efforts by engaging staffing agencies for temporary and full-time staffing needs. Additionally, the HR Administrator will conduct new hire orientation, meet with team members regarding concerns, and assist with training, workers' compensation, and safety reporting. Essential Skills + Experience working in employee relations is required + Previous experience working for manufacturing company is required + Effective balance between strategic and tactical implementation skills + Ability to provide innovative solutions and adapt in a rapidly changing environment + Ability to act as a credible coach and facilitator and a credible role model for effective leadership and performance + Build trust and credibility among team members and at all levels within the organization + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, benefit information, and regulation requirements Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree preferred with related courses in Human Resources (Strongly preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience + Three to five years of experience in Human Resources administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment + Maintain a high level of confidentiality + Knowledgeable in Human Resources related employment laws and regulations + Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and Outlook + Experience with Paylocity is preferred but not required Work Environment This position is fully onsite M-F 7 or 7:30 am to 4 or 5:30 pm in Fairmont, NC . Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
