Description We are initiating a search for a meticulous HR Administrator/Accountant to join our team located in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks ranging from benefits administration to accounting assistance. Your primary responsibilities will be managing employee benefits, handling regulatory filings, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities: • Administer employee benefits and handle insurance-related matters • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires • Manage regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Oversee 401k related work, including employer match • Handle tasks related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) • Assist with accounting tasks, including both billing and other accounting-related duties • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various HR and accounting functions • Administer both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Manage full cycle payroll using Paycom • Maintain accurate records and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.
