HR Administrator - Danish Speaker (m/f/d)

Your mission will be…

Support in the employee lifecycle event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination) by answering customer’s calls and e-mails; Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager); Reporting; Management of master data error correction; Handling Customer calls about HR/employment topics – approx. 8-10 / day; Handling email queries in SNOW tool.


We are looking for someone with…

Complete studies / Studying HR, Economy, IT or similar; Native Danish speaker. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of a further Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian) is a plus; Ability to take on more tasks of the Administration role in the foreseeable future; Solid IT background: MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook) (ServiceNow or Workday will be considered a strong plus); Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation; Reliable, organized, autonomous and with strong communication skills; "Dynamic" - flexible to change task due to automation of assigned activities.
