We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator Temporary 6 months in our Venlo office.

Department Overview:

HR Operations Venlo’s team provide HR assistance to the Michael Kors Distribution Center in Venlo. This role will involve a large amount of administration for personnel related matters such as payroll preparations, new hires, on-boarding, amendments of contracts, illness registration, keeping employee files and HR system up to date and exit procedures.

What you’ll do:

The HR administration process such as preparing employee contracts, letters, statements, personnel files maintenance, sick leave administration and keeping track of attendance and filling personal paperwork for auditing purposesEnsuring all starter and leaver paperwork are processed in a timely manner as well as tracking of probation period and contract prolongationManaging the monthly payroll preparation for the region in cooperation with the DC Operations Team and the MK payroll team in SwitzerlandMaintaining HRIS (Workday) and other HR systemsPreparing the monthly and annual regional reports with all employee data for the DCSupporting Operations Management with Organization of newcomer’s onboardingSupporting the day-to-day operations of the HR office and support in local projects e.g. recruitment, compensation & benefits, meetings etc.

You’ll Need to Have:

Associate/ Bachelor degree or equivalent, alternatively higher secondary education followed by vocational HR trainingA minimum of 2 years of HR administrational experienceKnowledge of labor law, social security and regulations for the NetherlandsExperienced in working for an international company, but also in an DC or production environmentExcellent administrative, communication and organization skillsDutch and English fluently, both written and spokenExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledge of Workday is a plus
