Our client, a non-profit in Arlington, VA, is seeking an expert in ADP or UGK to support a temporary project from February through the end of June!

About the Job:

Gather and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights for strategic decision-making.Develop detailed reports and briefing materials for HR leadership to support informed decisions.Evaluate staff composition, talent trends, and capability requirements across the organization.Facilitate workforce planning and succession discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.Lead projects focused on enhancing employee competencies and improving workforce effectiveness.

About You:

ADP or UKG experience is required.2+ years of strong HRIS, and payroll experience is required.1+ years of benefits administration experience is required.Advanced proficiencies in Excel, DocuSign, and other HRIS platforms is required.Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.

About the Position:
