Here at Sodexo Health and Care we are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team on a 1-year fixed term contract based onsite at Royal Stoke University Hospital. What you'll do: 

 

Provide first-line HR advice and support on employee relations matters such as absence, performance, grievances, and disciplinaries under the guidance of the HR Manager.Ensure compliance with Right to Work and DBS checks and maintain accurate employee records.Support HR project work, deliver insightful reports, and assist with payroll and time management systems.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote Sodexo's brand and Positive Impact initiatives across the business.

What you bring:

Essential:

 

CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with GCSEs/A-Levels.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.A good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.
