What you’ll do
Being a Business Partner for Middle Management, supporting advising and coaching them on employee relations, engagement, employee development and departmental challengesEnsuring company policies and actions are compliant with local legislations and known in the respective countries by employees and Line ManagersPreparing ad hoc regional reports with relevant employee data for Finance, Payroll, and other departments as requestedIdentify, select and on-board talent that meets business needs and embraces the Capri culturePartner with the Center of Excellence based in London and regional HR Business Partners, including senior leadership teamsTracking sick leave in line with local laws and in a timely and accurate mannerManage Employee grievances, disciplinary, investigations and performance related cases in the Distribution Center, while working closely with relevant department ManagersOversee the complete HR lifecycle and supervising the HR Administrators (x 2) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of employee contracts, letters, statements, leaver documents, tracking of probation period and contract prolongations in line with local laws, maintaining personnel files as well as HRIS systems for audit purposes in a timely mannerSupporting the day-to-day events of the corporate office and any other reasonable dutiesYou’ll need to have
Proven HR Administration in an international organization (minimum 5 years), preferably in the Warehousing environmentER case experienceExposure to and knowledge of Dutch labor laws and social security regulationsExcellent administrative, communication and organization skillsNative Dutch and fluent in EnglishHands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude to build relationships with the Field population remotelyExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience working with an HRIS system; Workday experience is a preferred.We offer
