\nWHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
\n\nSupport with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites\nDeploy the business HR priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, payroll optimisation, T&C's standardisation\nProvide HR support to start-ups and business wins, losses and transfers\nSupport managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements\n\nWHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
