DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a vital role acting as a trusted advisor to the business, while aligning HR activities to the business strategy.

\nWHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
\n\nSupport the HRBP's/ site leaders to deliver the strategic business & HR plan, and support managers to develop people management capabilities\nSupport with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites\nDeploy the business HR priorities, as directed\nProvide HR support to contribute to the overall success of the HR agenda in delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service by providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a wide variety of HR matters, such as employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and the delivery of key projects\n\n\nAdvise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with current and proposed employment legislation and local arrangements, to ensure consistency, accuracy and best practice\n\n\nSupport managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements\nSupport the management of employee cases relating to disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence. This includes providing advice to managers on policy/procedure and legislation, support managers with Occupational Health, supporting formal investigations and hearings.\nWork in collaboration with managers on managing sickness, managing redeployment where appropriate, assisting colleagues back to work and working with managers to reduce sickness absence across the organisation.\nProvide accurate and timely data to the HRBP and managers to successfully deliver HR processes\n\nWHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
