Übersicht To ensure the provision of a high quality, timely and professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across the region. Ensuring HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions are provided to the Business. Acting as case manager and escalation route for service delivery when dealing with complex queries on behalf of your relevant business area. Wie werden Sie etwas bewirken Stakeholder Management o Support the business by developing effective working relationships through the provision of timely advice and guidance o Provide expert HR advice to deliver the best outcome by influencing and challenging managers o Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers to improve manager confidence and people management capability and enable them to self-serve Administration and Advisory o Handle HR administrative tasks, including processing new hires, terminations, and data changes, issuing employment documents in close collaboration with HRSD in UK and managing correspondence with local authorities o Independent management of a designated group of employees in all personnel-related matters for International/EMEA o Support during onboarding and offboarding o Handling employee relations case work including absence disciplinaries, informal grievances, performance and sickness cases o Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on relevant policies, procedures, legislation and risk o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR software (Protime & myProtime) o Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage payroll-related documentation o Administer employee benefits (e.g. Wellpass) and requests for A1 certificates o Generate regular HR reports on headcount, compensation, benefits, and other key metrics o Escalate complex or high risk employee relations cases to the HR Business Partner and ER team o Support with managing bespoke recruitment, bonus and sign on arrangements o Compile retention and long term incentive plan letters as required o Liase with colleagues that are leaving to deal with complex queries pertaining to claw back arrangements for bonus, training and qualifications Annual HR Processes o Provide advice and support for the annual performance management process o Support the delivery of the annual pay review process including the checking and production of letters, managing exclusions, liaising with Reward and Business Partners. o Work closely with Reward and support the business on the annual benefits window and respond to queries as required Management Information o Produce data reports from MyHR for your respective business area, via self service o Track and monitor case work where required, using Excel spreadsheets o Track and monitor movers, starters & leavers o Own the recruitment approval process and track new vacancies o Create Powerpoint presentations for distribution to client groups o Provide recruitment summaries for the relevant business area HR Governance and Compliance o Review background check queries and escalate as required o Support with information required for regulatory references alongside the SMCR team o Escalate any job architecture title queries to the HR Business Partner o Ensure HR Administrators are monitoring sickness levels to ensure employees are paid correctly as per the relevant policy and contract o Ensure timely reporting of any Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) o Escalate any data breaches within policy timelines Über dich Qualifications o Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources or an equivalent demonstrable experience o 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role in an international environment Technical Knowledge o Ability to use Oracle or similar HR systems o Ability to use Excel and other microsoft packages such as word,powerpoint, excel. o Detailed knowledge of employment law o Sound knowledge of HR policy and best practice o Knowledge and experience of redundancy policy and processes o Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations in Germany, other countries such as France, Italy, Switzerland will be an advantage o Professional level of English and German language, other languages will be an advantage Experience o Significant experience of providing advice and support on a range of key activities including conduct, grievance, capability, absence, and organisational change and employee relations matters o Highly reliable team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines o Ability to work in a fast moving complex environment and deliver service excellence whilst dealing with difficult situations
