Description CONTRACT/CONTRACT-TO-HIRE - A dynamic and forward-thinking organization is seeking a skilled HR Analyst to provide key insights and support decision-making in their Human Resources operations. This role offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement, allowing flexibility while working with a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: + Collect and analyze HR metrics related to recruitment, retention, diversity, and employee performance. + Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for HR and leadership teams. + Monitor trends in HR data to identify opportunities for process improvements. + Collaborate with HR personnel to develop policies and initiatives aligned with business goals. + Analyze compensation, benefits, and other workforce-related data to ensure competitive positioning. + Participate in HR system implementations, upgrades, or process enhancements. + Support compliance reporting and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Requirements + 2-3 years of experience in an HR analyst role or similar position. + Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). + Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights. + Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. + Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
