HR Analyst Team Leader Business Unit United Wholesale Mortgage Location US-MI-Pontiac  

As a team, we report on people data and compile trending reporting for all teams within UWM. We support them by providing consistent feedback and visibility to help ensure that our company is running as smoothly as possible! As the leader of the People Analytics team, you will help take UWM to the next level by supporting the team in new ways of reporting and creating efficiencies of how our data is presented to teams throughout UWM. This position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Assisting team members with questions regarding all things reporting, process and policyManaging the workflow of the team in a proactive manner, ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and reporting requirements are met with a high level of qualityOwning and overseeing all reporting the team producesIdentifying and analyzing trends and providing suggestions on ways to improve, not only our reporting but on trends that occur throughout the companyWork to continue the development of current and future analyticsCollaborate with leaders from TMS and the rest of UWM to identify opportunities and enhance our team’s processes and technologyCommunicating solutions to team members on questions they have with company policy; especially concerning PTO, payroll, taxes, pay statements, etc.Managing the AskTMS Platform – where all team members are able to ask any questions regarding UWM. Making enhancements to the system, as neededManaging UKG and Kronos systems ensuring system health and integrity is always intact WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skillsStrong computer knowledge and skills, high proficiency with Excel is requiredStrong ability to multitask effectively, work in a fast paced, high sense of urgency environmentAnalytical MindsetExperience leading a teamThis position requires on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.
