As an integral part of our\norganization, you will represent BCG Platinion—a part of Boston Consulting\nGroup—with passion and enthusiasm. With your innovative ideas and insights into\nthe latest recruiting trends, you will help craft an exceptional candidate\nexperience and support our HR initiatives across our system with offices in\nItaly, Turkey and Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

\n Actively support recruitment, onboarding,\n employee satisfaction, and retention initiatives for BCG Platinion offices\n in the Mediterranean area.\n Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze\n and optimize processes, contributing to continuous improvement.\n Assist with administrative tasks and\n day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.\n Work closely with colleagues across\n countries to maintain effective communication and alignment within the\n team.\n

Required Skills and Qualifications:

\n University degree in Economics or\n Humanities.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving\n skills, with exceptional attention to detail.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,\n especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, modeling) and general IT skills.\n Excellent verbal and written communication\n skills in Turkish, Italian and English.\n A high level of confidentiality,\n discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.\n Ability to work independently as well as\n thrive in a team-oriented environment.\n Previous experience (e.g., an HR\n internship) is a plus.\n
