In charge of assisting senior HR professionals in the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of HR programs and policies. Partner with the business, managers, and employees to hold up the employee life cycle.
Responsibilities:
Hold up the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including on boarding, new employee orientation, annual reflection, merit, separation process and exits, etc.Assist with the Flex Culture and our Ways of Working and Business Experiences.Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives at the local level.Participate in our Company’s Sustainability initiatives and events and help to hold up local sustainability activities.Prepare HR and employee information in HR systems, compile employee records and documentation.With direct supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals assists to coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.Functions as liaison between managers, directs, core and contract associates on various issues including communication of policies, practices and procedures related to organization and site operations.Hold up the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including on boarding, new employee orientation, annual reflection, merit, separation process and exits, etc.Assists in implementing group-wide HR policies and procedures.Provides clerical hold up to the HR department.Qualifications:
Associates degree or above in Human Resources or related field required.Prior HR related experience preferred.Typically requires 2-4 years’ experience in HR.Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy.May require minimal functional process knowledge.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Demonstrates basic functional process knowledge.Demonstrates advanced functional skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or guide other employees.Job CategoryHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:
