Salary: $65K-$75K
Job Responsibilities: Execute recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or related fields.1-3 years of HR experience in recruitment, training, or employee relations.Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment platforms.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
