Job Description
Responsibilities:
The position is responsible to the following duties but not limited to:
Provide support to Regional L&D Manager on company L&D initiatives and organisational programmes
Registration, enrolment and tracking of in-house and external training, including mandatory e-learning courses
Follow up for training course payments and certificates (if any).
Create purchase requisition (PR) in PR portal upon receipt of approved trainings.
Apply for funding and grant with relevant local authorities (where applicable)
Follow up with employees on submission of training evaluation form after training.
Act as Local Learning Partner for Learning & Development within the entity or country responsible
Provision of first line support for Workday Learning to local staff
Creation and delivery of local courses and campaigns through Workday Learning
Partners with local managers in their entity to identify training needs for individuals
Co-ordinates with appropriate Global HR Talent and Training learning programme managers to plan and/or request training according to identified needs
Requests Global HR Talent and Training course offerings and delegate nominations for local staff
Manage training enrolments and completion for e-learnings that require to be conducted offline
Reporting from Workday Learning of local staff learning activities for management as required
Arranging local course delivery logistics, e.g. venues, meeting rooms, lunches, accommodation, transportation, materials, as required and requested
Acts as the point of contact for visiting trainers and for the reception of training materials
To perform timesheet recording and checking on a monthly basis
Provide support for other HR and/or administrative duties when required
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other relevant professional certificate
Min experience 2 years in Human Resources
Must be able to communicate in English
Experience in supporting Region/Sub-Region
Experience in training administration and management
Experience in using Human Resources System Management. Experience in using Workday would be advantageous
Strong interpersonal, good communications and writing skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of employees
Well-organization skills, detailed-oriented with ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment, under minimal supervision
