Description Robert Half is partnering with a renowned client in San Diego, CA, to fill the position of HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive detail oriented to contribute to an established Human Resources team. Responsibilities: Provide support for the HR department's daily operations, including maintaining and updating employee records. Coordinate and assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies. Help organize and schedule interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related meetings. Assist with processing employee paperwork, benefits enrollment, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance about HR policies, programs, and procedures. Support payroll processing and ensure timely updates on employee information. Contribute to HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or office administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-focused mindset. High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
