HR Assistant
Description Robert Half is working with a reputable non-profit organization in the area to find an HR Assistant. Job Responsibilities: + Assist the HR department with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing HR documents, and handling employee inquiries. + Help in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules with candidates. + Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and that employees are set up with required tools and information. + Maintain employee files, ensuring all records are kept up to date and organized in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. + Support the HR team with employee benefits administration, including answering questions and helping employees understand their benefits options. + Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents as needed. + Help coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events. + Ensure that the HR database and other HR software systems are up-to-date and that employee information is entered accurately. Requirements Qualifications: + At least 3 years of experience in an HR support role. + Previous experience in a non-profit environment is preferred but not required. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. + A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HR software is a plus. + Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
