We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR departments, including benefits, recruiting, and HR operations.
As an intern, you will work closely with our HR Director and team to support various projects and day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about the diverse functions of Human Resources and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Help the benefits team with document processing, employee inquiries, and benefit audits.Collaborate with the recruiting team to answer candidates’ calls, respond to emails, coordinate interview arrangements, etc.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR communication projects.Perform research and provide administrative support for special HR projects.Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all work.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in exploring different areas of HR.What You’ll Gain:
