Position Summary: The HR Assistant/Receptionist greets and welcomes staff and visitors to the Main Office in a congenial manner while performing clerical and administrative tasks associated with the daily operations of the organization.
Essential Accountabilities: Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support efficient operations. Handle heavy volume of calls including transferring to the appropriate parties. Meet, greet, and welcome visitors and staff of the organization. Inform personnel, in a timely manner, when a visitor or visitors(s) have arrived. Ensure that all visitors sign in and have provided identification. Provide directions and assistance as needed. Assist with pre-employment reference verifications for internal and external candidates. Conduct employment verifications. Make copies, scan, and upload personnel documents to the HRIS. Distributes mail to the designated recipient. Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Assist with any special projects as directed by HR management. Perform other duties as requested by management.
