Responsibilities: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required
