Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a temporary HR assistant to support our team at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado.
Essential Functions and Job ResponsibilitiesThis role will be temporarily added to our People Services Group and primarily focus on return mail processing to ensure staff receive W2’s and 1095s. This requires reaching out to the individual, updating NREL records to any new address, and relabeling for delivery. In addition, this individual may be asked to clean-out old return/undeliverable mail from our storage area along with disposing of other items.
Duties Shall Generally Include: Contacting individuals by phone and/or email to gather new contact information. Preparing return mail for delivery. Navigate NREL HRIS System, Workday to determine how best to contact the individual and update this system with new information as needed.
Good Communication Skills, Self-Starter.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate Degree in Business Administration or similar.
