Job Summary: Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Regional HR department with administrative projects and overall support. This individual must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the HR department, and must be self-motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, handle sensitive material and maintain confidentiality. This position will be onsite at the Regional Office in Temecula, CA. Duties include but not limited to: Create and maintain personnel records and filing system Assist with Recruitment and onboarding Create new hire packets Conduct OIG verifications for multiple sites Various HR administrative projects Perform all other duties as assigned Assignment will be three (3) months, depending on business needs. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm Qualifications EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE: High School Graduate or equivalent required. One (1) to Two (2) years of Human Resources administrative experience required CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: None OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Demonstrates knowledge and ensures compliance with the Joint Commission and Title 22 standards and guidelines. Demonstrates compliance with Healthcare policies and procedures at all times. Ability to set priorities and appropriately organize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner. Demonstrates ability to relate to clinical personnel and medical staff, as well as ability to interact well with the public. Must have knowledge of PC and applications. Excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills. Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
