1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
2. Two (2) years of experience in an administrative environment is required.
3. Experience in data input and verification, word processing, spreadsheet applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high attention and commitment to detail are required.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize numerous tasks, and capability of performing on an independent level are required.
5. A high regard for confidentiality, as well as respect and due diligence in sensitive situations are required.
6. Excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a complex, changing environment are required.
7. Strong working knowledge of computer software products including MS Office is required. Experience with Workday and Kronos Timekeeping applications preferred.
Pay Range ($21.72 - $29.32)
