As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. ...
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboard new employees, including processing paperwork and conducting orientations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.
Support payroll processing and address employee inquiries.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Skills:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Prior HR experience.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
