Don't wait... apply today! **Must-Have Requirements:** Key Tasks: administrative hiring, terminating, job changes, ensuring correct information in HR systems (dates, etc.). + Experience Required: HR or software experience, familiarity with Oracle or UKG Pro, MS Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables, V-lookups a plus). + Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days a week in Johnston), Thursday required in office. + Training: Short duration, with established processes and procedures. + Daily Tasks: Mail handling split between team members. + Interview Process: Two interviews (video) with data team lead. + Potential for Extension: Possible. + Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented, 1+ years in HR, data manipulation skills. Provide human resource services within the HR business unit to secure the proper application of all HR policies and procedures. Comply with all relevant systems and legislation to ensure that all HR objectives and strategic targets align with operational needs. **Responsibilities:-** + Oversee and implement all HR policies and procedures to ensure effective implementation of all human resources services within the business. + Coordinate HR information sessions to ensure effective communication, including refresher training for managers and correct application of all HR policies and procedures. + Participate in and support the coordination and implementation of the performance and talent management system. + Manage performance and talent management system and the employees orientation and exit processes. + Administer terminations of employment procedures, as well as recruitment and selection practices. **Are you interested ?
