Our client, a leader in the Human Resources industry, is seeking an HR Benefits Data Analyst to join their team. As an HR Benefits Data Analyst, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service orientation which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Support the day-to-day administration of the Retirement Plan and other assigned benefit plans.
+ Respond to HR-related inquiries from current and former employees, retirees, and beneficiaries regarding benefits and entitlements.
+ Deliver strong customer service and ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
+ Manage the pension hotline and mailbox, responding to email inquiries effectively.
+ Identify pressing topics and common workflow bottlenecks, working with others to improve processes to enhance service delivery.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables).
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
