HR Business Advisor – Vice President (all genders)

As an HR Business Advisor, you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex HR issues and driving strategic initiatives within the organization

Job Responsibilities

Support people agenda initiatives and advising on human capital matters Assist with organizational changes and compensation processes Facilitate performance and talent management, including succession planning and promotions Engage in feedback processes and employee development Provide frontline support for HR risk and controls Manage HR projects and cross-LOB initiatives Analyze data to drive HR process improvements and efficiencies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

4-9 years of Human Resource experience Bachelor’s Degree required Understanding of German labor law Knowledge of people practices in a business setting Project management abilities and process improvement skills Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and technical skills Ability to navigate a global matrix organization Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills Proven coaching skills and risk mitigation experience Excellent communication skills in German and English

Advanced degree desired Previous HR Business Advisor experience preferred
