Moving HR to the cloud is more than a technology shift — it’s a full-scale digital transformation reshaping HR’s core function and service delivery. As an HR Business Architect at SAP, you’ll play an essential role in bringing this transformation to life for our customers. You won’t just implement solutions; you’ll lead, influence, and guide companies in adopting leading practices and harmonizing global HR processes to drive real, lasting change.

This role is an ideal fit for experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM consultants ready to step into a strategic business consulting position. Expectations and Tasks

- Strategic Alignment: Partner with HR leaders on consulting engagements to ensure that HR strategies and technology roadmaps are aligned with SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and SAP’s innovation strategy.
- Leading Practices and Benchmarking: Utilize SAP’s leading practices and benchmarks to help customers unlock new opportunities for their HR functions, setting the stage for impactful improvements.
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Develop clear, comprehensive process maps and document essential requirements, providing customers with a framework to implement optimized processes confidently.
- Employee-Centric Design: Work alongside HR teams to build customer-centric processes, creating positive interactions and fostering a meaningful employee experience at every stage.
- Industry Insight: Keep a pulse on emerging HR and business trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to position yourself — and SAP — as a go-to resource for industry expertise.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to evolving SAP’s leading practices to keep pace with changing industry standards and ensure that SAP’s solutions remain highly relevant and effective. 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

- Consulting Expertise: a few years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; experience with EC Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits is preferred.
- Professional Services Experience: Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.
- HR Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations to support designing and optimizing HR processes for large, global enterprises.
- Consulting Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders, with the ability to drive the adoption and integration of new HR processes and technologies.

- Fluent in German and English
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, impactful communication skills are essential for this role; you should be able to articulate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences and foster collaboration at all levels.
