This is a virtual position located in Baltimore, Maryland however selected TABP will be expected to come into the Baltimore/Linthicum Maryland campus for onsite visits. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor"s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management. Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree requirement. Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday Experience with technical recruiting with demonstrated success hiring engineers and/or manufacturing related positions Preferred Qualifications: Active participant in social, digital, and/or other alternative sourcing techniques Work experience with building effect talent pipelines and conducting tactical searches Background in agency recruiting Experience staffing technical roles while utilizing acumen in assessing market data, trends, and user groups to identify qualified talent. Experience working in roles which require prioritizing high priority projects and meeting multiple deadlines within a face-based environment.
