HR Business Partner

Setting: In-Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Daytime hours
Compensation: $23-$27 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist with ADA, LOA, FMLA and NJ Disability Requests Process workers compensation injuries, first report of injury and unemployment claims Offer assistance and guidance in addressing employee relations matters and investigations Support store level managers and employees in the performance management process Assist in the benefits enrollment process for new hires, life events and open enrollment Provide employment and/or salary verification for associates Complete termination/transfer process for applicable associates Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure seamless setup for new hires across all systems Understand the fundamentals of the company’s recruitment processes and procedures and assist as needed Assist with other administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, filing, scanning and file uploads

Requirements/Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an HR setting required Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels MUST project and maintain an extreme respect to company confidentiality
