Who You Are
+ An accomplished HR professional with 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
+ Experience in fast-growth companies, navigating rapid scaling and workforce expansion
+ GovCon experience preferred but not required; familiarity with Service Contract Act (SCA) preferred
+ Proven HR leadership during mergers & acquisitions, ensuring seamless cultural and operational integration
+ Skilled in supporting geographically dispersed teams, ensuring consistent HR operations and policy enforcement
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and people analytics to drive strategy
+ A trusted business partner and change leader, influencing senior leaders and employees across multiple locations

Responsibilities:
+ Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
+ Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert HR guidance to managers and employees
+ Execute short- and long-term human capital strategies to drive growth and engagement
+ Support M&A integrations, focusing on talent retention, cultural alignment, and operational continuity
+ Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure readiness in fast-growing, mission-critical environments
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and GovCon regulations
+ Analyze and interpret data to make strategic talent decisions that impact business performance
+ Drive HR initiatives related to employee experience, talent development, DEI, and leadership coaching
Minimum Requirements:
+ 5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
+ GovCon experience preferred but not required
+ SCA knowledge preferred but not required
+ Experience supporting fast-growth organizations and managing HR during mergers & acquisitions
+ Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
+ Ability to partner with leaders of all levels and drive organizational change
+ Analytical mindset, using data to drive HR strategy and business impact
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Master’s a plus) OR equivalent experience
