HR Business Partner

Leads, directs and coordinates all employee relations functions for the organization in accordance with the law, policy and Just Culture principles. Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Reviews employment data and trend analysis and provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover. Conducts exit interviews and will help with hiring offers and onboarding.

Reports to: Director, Human Resources


Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years of direct employee relations experience including demonstrated knowledge of labor laws including, but not limited to, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and FMLA. Experience in a healthcare environment utilizing the tenants of Just Culture strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
