HR Business Partner
Overview

As our HR Business Partner at CHI St Vincent,  you will help apply your broad range of talent and skills to support the employees and leaders of the hospital. This is a hands-on role where you can showcase your expertise in our day-to-day operations including employee relations, employee engagement, labor relations (unions), performance development, conflict management, and training programs/initiatives. You have the opportunity to support  specific groups and functions in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the organization.

CHI St Vincent Infirmary is a 600 bed faith-based, non-profit, acute care facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. Our level II trauma center is a regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, behavioral health, cancer care, neurosciences, and other specialties. Responsibilities
Serve as the main source of information for employeesProactively  plan and align core HR responsibilities offering the most value to both our business and peopleAdvise employees, managers, and executive leaders on personnel mattersComfortable utilizing Human Resource Information Systems and administrative tools such as MS OfficeCollaborates with CoEs to support the accomplishment of business goals, objectives, and outcomesProvides direction and support to management regarding interpretation of policies and procedures and collective bargaining agreementsPartner with and serve as a resource to employees, management and Human Resources team to promote and maintain positive employee relations. Proactively identify, manage and facilitate the equitable resolution of job-related complaints and concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in HR or related field requiredMinimum of three (3) of experience in Human Resources or LeadershipHR experience should encompass generalist experience or at least 2 or more areas of specialty, e.g., compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, etcMBA, or related Masters degree preferredPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Preferred
