Overview

We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner. The HRBP manages directly contributes as a HRBP for several business units and it associates. They will deliver comprehensive human resources programs, initiatives and solutions in support of increased associate and organizational performance. This includes providing proactive, innovative, customer-focused HR solutions that are aligned with the needs of the business objectives. Solutions and strategies may include talent management/development, performance management, consultation on employee relation issues, benefit administration, and building a culture in alignment with corporate. Responsible for developing credible and trusting relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees. Reports to the SVP HR Businees Partner.

Responsibilities Implementation and administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures and practices, including but not limited to; performance management, corrective actions and internal investigations, talent review and organizational changes. This is completed in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirementsPartnering with senior leadership in all business functions to ensure consistent practices, procedures, and HR strategies are being executedAdvising management with respect to employee relations and performance management issues, with an emphasis on early identification and resolutionAssisting HR in developing solutions through organizational development (e.g., restructuring, roles and responsibility clarification, competency development, etc.)Partnering with specialized HR areas including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training and HRIS to ensure specific needs of the divisions are being metGathering and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiativesPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of training and experience required4+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, or HR business partner capacityStrong interpersonal communication skill setsWell-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levelsKnowledge of Federal and state employment lawsProficiency with Microsoft office suiteDemonstrate complete discretion when handling sensitive and confidential informationWork with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $95,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
