HR Business Partner

Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance to the leadership team. This role is based in Edmonton.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic people solutions to support the achievement of business group objectives.Align recruitment needs with workforce planning and lead the company’s recruitment and selection programs.Facilitate employee development initiatives, including performance management, talent management, and learning and development.Coach and guide leaders through performance management processes.Oversee training and development programs.Support labor relations, including interactions with labor unions and participation in collective bargaining negotiations.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related HR discipline.7+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Generalist role.Experience working in a unionized environment.Willingness to travel to various business units; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
