Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees, providing expert HR guidance and support. The HRBP will play a key role in driving HR initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring a high-performance culture and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide strategic HR support to drive business success.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and create action plans to improve the employee experience.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Talent Management: Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding. Develop and implement strategies for employee retention and career development.Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Organizational Development: Assist in organizational design and change management initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Why Join Us:
