Position Objective:
The Human Resources Business Partner is a liaison to the centers of excellence within human resources to perform professional human resources related duties for assigned business units in the areas of coaching management, policy interpretation, organizational structure/design and analyzing HR trends and metrics. Develops and implements effective people management practices; transfers requests and solutions to/from the business units in collaboration with HR Department centers of excellence; and as a key business partner has deep knowledge of, and is dedicated to, the needs and goals of assigned business units.

Educational/Experience Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required.Five to eight years progressively responsible HR professional with experience in several areas of human resources to include recruitment, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Prior physician practice experience for the CE, preferredPrior inpatient hospital experience, preferredRequired License/Certifications:
Advanced degree in above fields and PHR/SPHR preferred.Healthcare experience preferred.Working Conditions, Equipment, Physical Demands:

Physical Demands -
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
