POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner collaborates across HealthStream to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance employee experience and advance company objectives. Reporting to the VP of HR, this position serves as a strategic partner to business units, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management and organizational development initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with leadership to implement HR programs including training, performance management, and recognition Addressing employee relations issues and providing conflict resolution support Guiding managers through employee development and performance processes Managing the full- cycle employee experience from onboarding to offboarding Identitying and implementing opportunities to enhance HR programs and employee engagement. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and HealthStream company policies Monitoring HR metrics and trends to recommend and implement program improvements. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Assisting with the oversight of immigration processes and documentation Supporting special projects and organizational initiatives as needed
