The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic HR leadership to assigned divisions, acting as a trusted advisor to drive business outcomes. This role involves aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement, and preparing leaders for future challenges. The HRBP works closely with leadership to implement talent initiatives, manage organizational change, and ensure operational excellence through effective human resource management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with division leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation strategies, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
+ Business Partnership: Serve as an integral part of the division's management team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance effectiveness and drive results.
+ Employee Engagement: Identify trends, address staff concerns, and implement initiatives to boost retention and engagement.
+ Project Management: Lead cross-functional HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational improvements and cultural transformation.
+ Compensation & Metrics: Oversee compensation strategies, job analysis, and reporting to support business decisions and address talent acquisition or retention challenges.
+ Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business needs and organizational goals.
+ Other Duties: Support organizational initiatives, manage HR programs, and perform additional responsibilities as required.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (required).
+ SPHR, PHR, or related certifications (preferred).
+ 10+ years of HR experience, with experience supporting technology divisions (preferred).
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
+ Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong knowledge of HR and employment laws, with experience influencing and advising leadership at all levels.
+ Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust and credibility across diverse teams.
+ Adaptability to changing business needs, with a results-oriented mindset.
