The Role

We are seeking a People Business Partner in Pune, India, to join our Global People Team! This role is critical in supporting the current region and the growth of the India team, which is essential to the success of Addepar. Reporting to one of the Global HR People Partners, you will serve as a trusted resource and advisor for employees, managers, and leaders, working to align the business's vision, mission, and objectives with our talent strategies.You will need to quickly understand Addepar's strategy to ensure you are providing solutions using data and organisational agility to guide decision-making. What You’ll Do You will serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters for Addepar India, supporting teams across  R&D, Go-to-Market, and G&A business functions. You will lead and support programs from needs assessment to implementation, working closely with Talent Development, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace teams to meet the needs of internal clients.  You will leverage a data-driven approach to identify solutions, using analytics and insights to build compelling cases for change and secure sponsorship for informed decision-making. You will simplify complex situations into actionable recommendations for business leaders and their teams. You will take ownership of employee relations matters, including leading investigations as necessary. You will provide situational coaching and guidance to India-based leaders and managers. You will partner with the People Business Partner team on organizational design, team development, and fostering a culture and employee experience that motivates and inspires employees. Who You Are  Minimum 8+ years of relevant expereince Experienced as a HR/People Business Partner, supporting a growing regional office.  Experience in coaching, organisational design, compensation, employee relations, workforce planning, learning and development, HR policy and compliance, change/transition management processes, and talent program implementation.  Experience in employee relations and employment law related to India. An analytical and critical thinking mentality to determine root causes and synthesise issues and problem statements. Proven success in achieving consensus from diverse constituencies. Ability to build effective relationships. Ability to thrive, navigate a constantly evolving organisation, and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity. supporting a geographically distributed organisation is an advantage.   A high degree of flexibility and creativity, very organised and detailed, with a client-centric mentality, excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable reporting to our global people team based in the UK and United States and flexible with working hours where needed Experience with Workday as an HR system will be highly desired Prior experience working with Fintech/ Saas / Software Product companies will be a huge plus

Important Note - This role requires working from our Pune office 3 days a week (Hybrid work model)
