HR Business Partner works closely with leaders and managers to understand their business needs, and leverage HR strategies and practices to drive organizational success, employee engagement, and a positive work culture.HR processes: HRBP is responsible for administration and coordination of all HR processes for assigned departments during employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, job changes, offboarding, compensations and benefits, talent development, attendance). Prepares labor law documents.Employee Relations: HRBP acts as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on various employee-related matters. Handles employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.HR Business Partner: works closely with management of the assigned departments on the local level (Shift Leaders, Team Leaders, Managers), identifies and supports their business needs and provides consultancy on HR related areas. Participates in regular 1:1 meetings with leaders and managers and team meeting, pro-actively builds and maintains trusting relationships.HR Policy Development: HRBP proactively contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensures that policies are aligned with legal requirements, promotes fairness, and supports a positive work environment.Talent Development: HRBP collaborates with managers to identify talent development needs and help implement programs to enhance professional capabilities across the organization.Acts as SME for Occupational Health Services and Normative trainings.Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies
Experience in similar HR role for at least 2 years.Knowledge of Czech Labor Code.English min. B2 both written and spoken.Advanced communication skills.Client centric approach.Growth mindset, proactivity.Teamwork.MS Office and advanced user skills.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
