As a HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, you operate at both a strategic and operational level to design and implement HR initiatives that foster the growth of the brand, its management, and the development of both our business and people. In your role as HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, you are responsible for all office and store employees within your sales market(s).
What you will do:
Strategic and operational partnering with business leaders to align HR approaches with business goals.Work alongside Global HR, & Other Stories and support in implementing various initiatives, both in the sales offices & stores.Drive organizational development, collaboration and change processes.Support with talent management processes such as competence development and succession planning according to current and future business needs.Ensure the quality in the recruitment and introduction process and act as support through the process and follow up when needed.Together with managers, ensure the quality of our processes for health, work environment and employee relations, including labour law.Plan & communicate on different yearly HR activities (goal setting, employee surveys, award procedures etc.) and follow up.Being a strong role model and ambassador for our values and culture.QualificationsAlignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. What you need to succeed
Extensive experience in HR, talent management, or related roles, preferably within the fashion industry.A broad understanding of HR operations experience in the Korea, Singapore, and China markets, would be highly desirable.Strong in business acumen – can analyse HR data, identify opportunities and make informed decisions to strengthen talent management.You know how to plan long-term and make sure to keep a strategic perspective as well as being able to be hands on with daily operational tasks.You are a practical problem solver and to always balance the business perspective and the people perspective.You are organized, like taking own initiatives and drive things forward in an independent way.You are experienced in building trust and act with integrity in more challenging people related situations.You have a confident communication approach, tailored to many parts of the organisation from store level, to office leaders and our global office; being fluent in English.Ability to travel 25% of the timeAdditional InformationThis is a permanent position and we are flexible to consider employment based in either Seoul, Singapore or Shanghai under local employment terms.
