HR Business Partner

Job Description:

All-round HR position for a dedicated scope in The Netherlands, as part of our HR team consisting of all-round HRBPs and HR Assistants, reporting to the Head of HR for Airbus in the Netherlands.

Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.

Advising the business on all people related matters.

Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.

Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards the management.

Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.

Perform recruitment activities within dedicated scope.

Act as case manager in absence/illness cases.

Support and encourage the development of all employees.

Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.

Your profile

Bachelor or Master in Human Resources

A minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR

Fluency in Dutch and English

Knowledge of Dutch labour law legislation / Poortwachter

Pro-active professional and team player

You know how to set priorities and have a critical mind with strong problem-solving skills

Organisation sensitive

Able to work with HR systems (Workday, Exact, SAP)
