About the Role

This role is highly collaborative and operates across multiple levels — from partnering directly with managers to executing People team priorities. Your work will directly enable our organization to function smoothly and help build upon a strong foundation for growth.
ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic thought partner for managers and ICs, guiding decision-making through data-driven insights, empathy, and an equity-focused lens to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, talent development, and change enablement, ensuring leaders are equipped to develop, retain, and advance diverse talent.Manage complex employee relations cases with confidentiality, fairness, and a solutions-oriented approach, partnering with leadership to drive outcomes that align with business goals while fostering trust and psychological safety.Partner with Talent Acquisition as needed to support inclusive hiring strategies, ensuring equitable hiring practices and leadership accountability in talent decisions.Anticipate and address organizational talent needs by leveraging workforce analytics, succession planning, and attrition trends to make proactive recommendations that strengthen leadership capability and workforce representation.Partner with ERGs and leadership to integrate diverse perspectives into business decisions, embedding DEI into leadership development, talent programs, and employee engagement strategiesActively monitor employee engagement and morale, using listening mechanisms such as surveys, focus groups, and pulse checks to drive proactive initiatives that enhance retention, belonging, and leadership accountability.Operate as a key liaison between the business, Organizational Development, and People Operations to drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives, ensure data integrity, and implement scalable, inclusive policies and processes.Enhance People Team programs such as performance reviews, calibrations, compensation planning, and leadership development, ensuring they are transparent, equitable, and enable leaders to make informed, fair decisions.
What We're Looking ForStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with attention to detailExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building relationships with managers and employees at all levelsA collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to challengesFamiliarity with Workday, data analysis, and project management tools is a plus3+ years of experience as an HRBPPast experience in Talent Acquisition
$115,000 - $150,000 a yearFactors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.As a member of our team, you’ll enjoy:
