HR Business Partner Details:

Direct Hire position$90,000.00 to $120,000.00 /annuallySalariedBe a credible coach and confidante to the leadership teams, as well as a strong employee advocateProvide leadership, guidance and counsel on matters related to talent, organizational change, human capital, employee engagement etc.  Develop and execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent  management and acquisition, goal alignment, employee engagement and communicationsCollaborates with other sector HR leaders to share best practices, critical needs issues, and sector initiatives.Provides coaching and guidance to managers on organizational development related matters, including organizational analysis, strategy, structure and key processes to support organizational/business needsBuilds and supports an employee engagement strategy that facilitates organizational performance and path towards our desired cultureCoaches and advises on appropriate total rewards strategies, programs, and tools to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement 

HR Business Partner Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred5-10 years’ experience in Human ResourcesSPHR/PHR preferredProficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPointProficiency in HRIS systems
